How do you know if your passport is ready, without going to their office to check. I did my capturing on Dec 18, 2021 at Awka. I have not heard anything from them. My application status is still showing "Approved". DIY

Activation of ePassport is compulsory, free of charge and done at the point of collection.

Did mine in Abuja but I assume it'll be the same for Lagos

Did capturing today at Alausa, strictly DIY

Well, there are no specifications, I guess, but during document inspection, you'd be asked the person's name and how the person is related to you. If you answer satisfactorily, then you're good.

Omo! I don collect my passport at alausa passport office Today . I didnt even need to go early or even bribe any of those officers lol. I went around 1 pm I got there 2 pm. they searched for my pport and in 10mins it was found. joined the queue of ppl collecting they called my name in 20 mins and I was out by 3 ish. It may vary when its ur turn ooo

I collected my Passport today at ADO Ekiti Immigration Office. I didn't get any sms nor call, I just tried my luck, Lo and behold the passport is ready.

just go there if you are confident its reasy, me i had someone there that check on the system if its ready for me. but the officers might start asking if you got a text that its ready abd that you should show the text . just say u left ur phone at home. cos In my opinion, waiting on them to text you is like waiting for Jesus to come, E go tey�

I will advice you to go to the immigration office in Ebonyi State. Don't wait for their text or call.

Yeah. They don't have issues. Did mine in Lafia. Apart from the online payment of 18700, carry like 4-5k follow body.
