I think we are being charged by Speedaf for untracked items only, otherwise it would be delivered to your address for free as they usually do. The delivery man told me 2 weeks ago not to ever pay the N400 fee again, that I should always contact him whenever I have an untracked item with Speedaf. He offered to always get them delivered for free provided I informed him early enough so he can pick them up from the warehouse. Nice guy, that dude.

Guy you better chill o at least it's in Nigeria there could be logistics error just see how you can get your item. Opening dispute is situation like this is not fair towards the seller. If AliExpress investigate and see the item is in Nigeria, you could loose dispute and possibly your AE account suspended

We are not supposed to pay in the first place - we are supposed to come over to their main warehouse and pick up for free. But he offered to do this instead, because what's the point? They're really small packages....I may never have the time to visit their office to start with... And he sees my packages whenever they arrive at the warehouse. And so I see no issue here .. BTW it's not even like I was the one who cajoled the delivery guy - I was willing to continue paying the N400, for the records. It was him who advised me, "to save me the money & the stress going to the main warehouse", in his exact words. The guy is a northerner BTW and his gesture isn't surprising to me...Most northerners over here are typically kind and considerate.. Yes his actions may be ethically wrong, but I'm not sure what to do here?

Brotherly, what is wrong is the suggestion by the official to circumvent the revenue generation means of his company. The N400 is what you pay to have your item delivered to you while you stay in your comfort zone. He might sound nice but it's wrong. He can only be kind/nice if the biz is his or he has that discretionary power.

The first package has been at "dispatched to overseas postal admin" since Nov 21.
I'll give the seller like 2 or 3 more days. I don't understand why the item hasn't been shipped after a week.
