Section 82(1) of the Electoral Act 2022, requires ‘at least 21 days’ notice of any convention, congress, conference, or meeting convened for the purpose of merger and electing members of its executive committees, other governing bodies or nominating candidates for any elective office.

To change Buni, you need to notify INEC 21days before that day.

PDP may be Unopposed in 2023

Fulani worldwide's destiny is hinged on unencumbered access to southern Nigeria oil deposits and SOUTHEAST extraordinary gas deposits...................100% FACT! Yoruba political and economic elite cannot be bothered as far as they are concerned NIGERIA is good for them and if it collapses it is also good for them..........The clueless gangsters in the south-south do not even know whats going on talk less about fighting for their rights........The Igbo greedy and absolutely corrupt politicians are subservient to their Fulani masters...IPOB the last man standing for now is distracted by the fight to free Nnamdi Kanu........its a goal for the Northern political class.....Atiku is taking it for 2023...APC has done its work ....it may as well collapse!

Section 82 (2-3) of the Electoral Act 2022 (as amended) makes it mandatory for all registered POLITICAL PARTIES IN NIGERIA TO INVOLVE INEC IN ANY MEETING, congress or convention WHERE elections or DECISIONS TO NOMINATE EXECUTIVES or governing bodies OF THE PARTY SHALL BE TAKEN.

Bello remains illegal because there was no meeting summoned by buni attended by INEC when the decision to make Bello acting chairman was taken

All thanks to their amended constitution

And you think God almighty will fold his hands and allow arrogant man like Amaechi become the President of Nigeria? Hmn... Well he has been compensated for the he gave PMB. That is all that is in the coven for him. He better grab a senatorial ticket, else he is done politically.
I consider it an excellent profile that the only bad thing you can see in Amaechi is that he is arrogant. Actually, we Nigerians, like him like that!
