Very stupid mistake. Imagine a nuclear armed country firing a missile to another nuclear armed country. If the missile was heading to the US, the US would have assumed it was a nuclear attack and fired it's own nuclear weapons back immediately. This is why not everyone should have nuclear weapons, it is too risky.

Did Violence died down in the movie or it was restricted based on time up? If violence died down, why did violence then erupt like or even more than the previous purge?

World will become more peaceful by allowing wild violence that will take so much lives in 24hours? Let me tell you what will happen. Violence will increase even much, as various individuals, groups will be preparing to take vengeance on others for their friends and loved ones killed in the previous purge, and such will be the cycle of purge.

Considering the stampede, hunger and pain, including the insurgency that will arise as people try to align with one another, and the heavy emigration that will follow
