1. After your interview, as they may tell you to send it when you're given the approval mail.
2. Normally anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Could be more, could be less.
3&4. Your blocked account provider can help with this.

My two friends this happen to,called the embassy informing them,so they requested for their reference number and told them not to come once their sl or block account is ready they should send am email to rebook
If you dont havdcany proof of fund you will not be attended to
My friend that went for interview last week, his sl expired and it's still in th ed pricess if getting another one,they told him once he get the new one he should mail them
