Can't find fingerprint option on my settings for Infinix note 7

Anybody with the solution please

It has gone back to China. cheesy. On a serious note, it is probably damaged or disconnected. Have a technician check it out if it is that important to you else leave it and be using other lock types. Pretty common with transsion phones.

Factory reset first.. But if it dropped recently, consider taking it to an engr.

I had the same issue with my note 7 and I restarted my phone and it came back. Restart your phone OP. In my case, I just changed the screen that's why the fingerprint went out

The issue started before I updated the phone thinking the update will solve the issue

I had the same issue with my note 7 and I restarted my phone and it came back. Restart your phone OP. In my case, I just changed the screen that's why the fingerprint went out
