It opens up some opportunities, but when you East some kind of chaff e dey hard make you open up to new chaff. Besides some industries will be hard to replace because sanctions will restrict procuring equipment and transferring technology.

First!
Russia highjackna Siemens tech power plant because tech is not there's.the EU ad Siemens had to see the Russian govt on this and I think there was a settlement from russia.if Russia will depend on coal generators and the traditional nuclear power plants will serve but the newest designs which are cost effective and sustainable (well)!

Chips are mainly from south Korea and Japan...guess the problem

Not titanium.thsre are special minerals.of which china is the main sustainable dealer..so Russia does not have problem

Chips can be gotten from Taiwan, China and other so that's out of the question

Russia hijack Siemens tech power plant?? After Sanction? Please elaborate on this?
Also when the West are busy imposing economy crippling sanctions they should know this things have a ripple effect and the damage or impact is not immediately known

As regard special minerals, you are yet to name one.....am interested in this

Russia would pass and smuggle chips from south Korea for a good fee!

That special mineral I read about them it was a scuff between china and the us.in short it was one of the reasons the USA could not go hard during trump's time in office
