Congratulations TherealLadyJ: It's PPR, thanks be to God!!! I'm super excited to bring with me good news which could also be a shimmer of hope for you all in this Canadian immigration journey which we are all coursing. On Friday, 11th of March 2022, I finally received the good news of the approval of my Canadian study visa. Truly, delay is not denial, these are my application details:
Confirmation of Submission: October 14, 2021. Correspondence Letter/BVL : March 10, 2022 Original Passport Request: March 10, 2022
I began this Canadian migration journey sometime back in 2019. At this time, I had no knowledge about whatever processes were involved in applying for the visa, I just had my burning desire to leave this country for greener pastures. Factoring in my ignorance and the need for me to make this work, I procured the services of a canadian immigration consultant. Hmmm... I won't bore you with the disheartening experience of how this journey went, but my people, it was a dark experience for me. Asides from keeping me in the total dark with regards to my application process, he was quite inept in his services and undecided so many times about what course of action to take in response to a presented difficulty. Well, to put it briefly, after he put together a scruffy package for me, my visa application was denied by the IRCC on the 9th of July, 2019 on the grounds of: 1. Purpose of Visit 2. Current Employment decision 3. Home Ties 4. Personal Assets and Financial Status
Upon receipt of my refusal letter, I nearly went into depression. All the time, effort, and money expended had all gone to waste. However, my resolve was greater than my circumstance so after a while I gathered myself up and decided to give it another shot. Quite fortunately for me, at around the same time, a friend of mine had just received an approval for herself to travel to Canada for her master's program. She then told me of her story and referred me to @Frankrobbn1 on Nairaland who she claimed had worked the miracle for her. She further told me of how he had similarly helped a lot of people on the platform through his expert advices on how to successfully migrate to Canada. Upon this, I reached out to @Frankrobbn1 through this very platform to retain his services for a re-application and that was when my story changed for the better.
As a previously refused applicant, I will attest that I was initially quite jittery. However, after a brief while corresponding with Mr. Frank, I was in awe of his professionalism, experience and proficiency in the Canadian immigration industry. I have found him to be extremely detailed, an excellent researcher, problem solver, and critical decision maker. He provided me with tailored support and exhibited excellent attention to detail. He further skillfully resolved all the complications in my last application with the highest degree of professionalism and put my fears to rest by covering every grey areas in my application which resulted in the approval of my study application.
The good God that I serve that used Mr. Frank to change my story from denial to approval will continue to bless him for me. As you have put a smile on my face and the faces of many, God will continue to keep your lips wide with smiles. I cannot quantify the joy that I am feeling right now as I make my travel plans to Canada. For those aspiring migrants reading this and have been undecided about using an agency, take my advice and contact @Frankrobbn1 as soon as possible. He is one honest person I can assure you is worth his pay. I appreciate everyone on this platform and the information and assistance you people give to questions asked on here. I also pray that everyone who is awaiting decision on their application will all receive positive feedbacks in Jesus name. Amen!
Once again, thank you @Frankrobbn1 for what you did for me and God bless you. See you all in Canada. Au revoir.

I was concerned about our overzealous folks at Nigeria Airports too, but I realized that you can always ginger them to enquire from their superiors on the matter. My school held orientation course for us on Saturday and they mentioned it specifically that you can come with either pcr or antigen buchito1: Wow... This is good. Saves time and money!
I'd be expecting a feedback boss.. Thanks a lot.
My issues is just these dullards at the Nigerian Airports. They might want to do their wereh thing and still demand for a PCR Test.

My school held orientation course for us on Saturday and they mentioned it specifically that you can come with either pcr or antigen Exactly! I think I'd be sticking to the Antigen Test. It'd have also been rampant before my flight date. But my issue is the 24hrs timeframe before flight time for doing the test. Cause my flight is an early one. |

The attachment here should clarify you. You can do the test the previous day and fly the next day and it's perfectly OK. buchito1: Exactly! I think I'd be sticking to the Antigen Test. It'd have also been rampant before my flight date.

Ok thank you sir. Good morning Osemigho:
If the school says you don't need it, you don't need it. They usually don't need supervisor for programs that do not offer funding. Please check the tuition page and make sure you can afford the fees and your upkeep before applying. Applying does not guarantee admission. So you may still loose your application fee. The easiest and sure way not to fail is not to try at all. |

Thanks for all the comments
Firstly, I asked for info not because I wanted to do any arrangee. I am trying to gather as much info as possible so as to know my options. I could have asked any agent before coming here. My gf once made herself a sponsor for me at St Thomas University in US and I was given admission. But because of fear of the unknown, I backed out (I guess I was being pessimistic since d ban was on)
I already know it's a crime in this part of the world to be naive. If you care to know, I didn't get scammed because I was desperate. The agent didn't use the documents we gave him. He claimed I'd do non-appearance stuff and suddenly, I was asked to show up in Lag a day before d form was submitted. I didn't have access to the form until we both got to the embassy and he handed me the rubbish. After confronting him, he asked if I knew more than him and the rest is history. Now, I didn't want to do like I know more than anyone here and dats also a crime you? That you are opportune to have access to platforms like this to keep u updated doesn't make you my critic. Thanks
Please, go over this again and let mi know if u've given mi any lesson to learn from
Good morning house, please I need info concerning how to get a sponsor. I just completed the 10 years ban given to me by the UK embassy after an agent scammed big time and that means whatever document I am to use for the Canada application must be correctly dated and genuine. Please how do I go about that? |

hello Gurus in the house. I have been reading this Canada visa thread for awhile . I am new here.
@ Frankrobbn1 I need your advice. I really want to pursue my dream of studying abroad.
I graduated in 2006 with HND pass( yaba Tech) married with two teenage boys. my son applied for canada study permit last year and the Daddy was the sponsor since he works in the Uk. unfortunately he was refused. He is now in the UK. I submitted my Datapage as his mum during his canada application.
Now, I want to apply for a PDG can I get a school to accept me? considering I finished with a PASS. I intend to pay my full tuition before applying for Visa. Please how much do I need as POF, also can I ask my sister to fund my personal account with some money? Or can she stand as sponsor too .Please also note that I have been working with my current employer for 11years. Do need to support my application with a study leave letter of 1year from Employer? what are the things you think I should add to make my application stronger? Please I need your expertise advice.
Thanks |
