Reason being that, the squad value of arsenal and other supposed top 5 teams (man u, man city, chelsea, liverpool) and even tottenham. You’ll see that arsenal squads value is by far lower than the rest. Then throw in the fact that, of the above 5 clubs mentioned, arsenal has the squad with the least experience in terms of football achievements and the rest. So a 5th place finish wouldn’t be bad in a way, considering their key players. Saka, tierny, odegaard, xhaka, lacazette, martinelli etc. these are people that wouldn’t make the 1st 11 in these other clubs, maybe except for saka who’s exceptionally brilliant
