In a dramatic turn of events, the suspended National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, Lagos Chapter, Musiliu Akinsanya, alias MC Oluomo has reportedly ordered the disbanded members of the union to “disregard any Patrol Policemen parading themselves in order to disrupt their operations”.

Recall the Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s government denied appointing the suspended Lagos NURTW chairman, as head of the motor parks and garages across the State.

It also said it had yet to set up a committee to “immediately control” the parks and as such, it would be out of place to claim that anyone had been appointed as the chairman.

However, in a viral WhatsApp message forwarded to Quest Times on Monday, MC Oluomo was quoted to have ordered his men back to Lagos parks while urging them to reach out to him should there be any distruption of their work by the Nigeria Police.
