They had already collapsed and got Poch sacked in the season before he arrived and lost all their stalwarts in Dembele, Wanyama, Erikson, Verthongen, Trippier and Aldeweireld, coupled with the momentous decline of Dele Alli and Danny Rose

Unfortunately for you, the only season Hojberg played DM for Southampton was 2019/20 and he immediately became a better DM than Jogginghoe with just one season of experience in that position
