But refusals usually do not come with a vignette on the passport. Nothing apparent is imprinted on the passport. Only a refusal letters is issued.

Could you be more descriptive on where the refusal reference number can be seen?

Yes sir I am aware refusals just come with a letter and no vignette. In addition to the letter they usually write the refusal reference number with a pen at the last passport page. I was refused visitor visa sometime in 2008 and they wrote it with a pen at the last page of my passport. For you it may not be the last page but check through all the pages in your passport which was used to apply you should see it unless they have stopped doing that

I think its advisable to go for a course which can help you get a job easily once your done with studies. I dont know how well you can get a job quickly with Msc geology over here.

I got admission to teesside last year but my conditional offer did not come with Ielts. To the best of my knowledge, if the waec or neco result has English with a good grade, there is no need for ielts.

Do not make the payment unless the school asks you to. Contact the school and inquire wether you can go ahead with the payment or ask for exemption. But do not make the payment until the school says so

i have an admission for Msc Finance with University of SUnderland and Glasgow Caledonian University. Already i have an MBA degree from University of Lagos.
Hope my current MBA qualification will not affect my visa chances with UKVI.

I believe that will be OK. I know Wema bank hardly have their names on document. But if you don't mind, you can email them and ask for a Bank statement of 16/02-15/03.
And if the money is still intact, you can wait till April, the March Bank statement will be generated already and send to your email as far you have your email alert activated.

Is the deposit refundable i.e. A student-friendly refund policy? You have nothing to lose if they have a refund policy other than admin charges forth n back (say $300 @ most) should you pay and they insist the deadline

When is the deadline ? If you are ready to make the payment today or tomorrow and the deadline is today or 2 days back, you can risk it knowing that it usually takes days b4 their system can pick up the payment

OR ALTERNATIVELY

Do you have contact of anyone in the accounting section? Mail them explaining your situation with the CBN form A policy (add evidence of your form A application with date showing) and also apply for an extension of days or a week that you are sure won't fail.
If need be, escalate it to other teams like international team, admission team, etc

This policies and deadlines are not cast on stones - they can be waived in some genuine cases
