do4luv14: They don't need to be one. I remember years ago a couple of Nigerians switched nationality to blay for Benin. It was more or less a quid pro quo; Benin needed better players than they had and the boys who knew they never had a chance with Nigeria chose Benin. They were given citizenship if I'm not mistaken |

Papi85: What kind of gutter journalism is this. Don't they have an editor to proofread articles. The article is filled with common errors. It's an eyesore to be honest. |

Odunayaw: Guess work keh Are you not suppose to pick the best performing players for the game So before you even watch them kick a ball you've decided who will play and who wouldn't Doesn't make sense imo Even if you have a "first 11" in mind, you shouldn't go about telling every Tom and Harry you encounter |

Telling us you know your first 11 is not that serious a statement by itself. Until he tells us who they are, he could continue shuffling the players in and out in his head. It's one way of telling your friends and enemies alike, I am ready, without actually saying anything. JayromWrites: |

I know exactly what you are thinking, especially considering the recent failed Afcon outing. 'Our locals are not usually that sophisticated in their schemes' .As depressing as that is, It's fair to think that and you are not alone. JayromWrites: 1 Like |

maidaboi:People dey use different lens and different mindset dey watch SE players. It all depends on the mindset of the person. No be how I tell una say this player na wack person take see match na d same way a neutral person go take see am. Some are just good at counting only the number of misplaced passes a player makes forgetting the key passes he makes in the same game. Las las he was voted MOTM in a match he didn't score a goal, nor assisted a goal. But some monikers here already branded him a flop that Yeremy pinopino is a better player. 1 Like |

JayromWrites:It goes both ways. No players know his first 11 in his mind so they'd love to give their all perhaps they're part of the 11 IN HIS MIND These are professional players not some interhouse sports boys with underdeveloped emotions 1 Like |
