Visa denial isn't the same as entry denial. Visa denial is when a visa application is rejected by the embassy (local village people runs)
Entry denial is when the application's visa was approved but he/she was turned back at point of entry into South Africa either Airport, land border or sea border (in this case, village people went international on his matter).

Please i was denied study Visa today but I was given 10days for appeal
Reason for denial was,bank statement inconsistency
Please can you guys assist me on how to write the appeal?

What do they mean by bank statement inconsistency? Can you throw more light to it? Is there anything (in the bank statement) you think may have led to this?

Nothing in the bank statement, this the account have been using since 2017, salary goes in and all the money i realize from my side hustling goes in as well, have never forged any bank statement,the only thing i did was that immediately i submitted my study Visa application I waited like one month before i withdrew some of the money to order for my goods,I transfer money to people and funds still entering into the account.

My visa was rejected on 8th of march 2022 after keeping my passport for 4 months that my hotel was not valil and my company does not generate enoght income. I was told to appeal in 10 days too

It was not stated that your bank statement is illegal. They claimed it is inconsistent most likely because the 1.6m balance wasn't in the account all along. The money was deposited into the account along the line with no tangible trace of where the money came from or what you did you get the money at that point in time.

Be sure of the terminology used before you waste your money on legal action.

Are you looking for travel history or low key vacation? Think Mauritius, Seychelles, UAE, Croatia, Georgia. Stop coming to SA because they don't want foreigners anymore in their country.

Hi Olayemi. Please i am not the type of person you can talk to anyhow. I am active member of SA thread since 2012. I met a lot of people that helped me in this thread so i know much about SA. It is just an advise because i can see how our people been denied visa in Lagos and in SA. I know what is going on in SA presently and what our people is going through. If you want to come to SA please come but you can not change your status if you are coming to SA as a visitor. Then again its not easy to get work permit or critical Skilled visa. Even as a student you can not change your status after your study because you can not get job in SA without work permit. Think twice before coming to SA. Thanks
