POF for cas is for main applicant only. So when youre ready for visa you application you can add the ones for dependants and wait 29 days. Print statement. Avoid the date money was deposited.
PS:I have no knowledge about Salford

I have a friend who schools there and he told me there are a lot of jobs and in other neighboring cities but he said accomodation is an issue as there are a lot of people looking for accommodation especially for couples. However,he said it is easier if you have someone who can help you during the viewing process.

You get your visa only if it is a part-time course leading to a qualification that’s above degree level (RQF level 7 or above)
Level 8 qualifications are:

doctorate, for example doctor of philosophy (PhD or DPhil)
level 8 award
level 8 certificate
level 8 diploma
Discuss with your schs international advice team to be sure of the sponsorship and the restrictions on the visa, you may not be able to work
