...... they should concentrate more on the BRT services within the state. Much of the buses were packed uselessly in Abule-Egba, Oshodi, Yaba & other BRT stations. I believed they will make more revenue by making those buses works. |

TOPCRUISE: He said on national television that it is his hard earned money and that anybody can hire billion vans to move his personal money. If you are not satisfied, please go to Court, Nairaland cannot help you on this issue. This however does not mean that Tinubu is clean, we can only ascertain that after probing him |

Tinubu needs the money to fund his greedy campaign. He knows Nigerians are senseless when it comes to money politics. Like Esau, Nigerians will quickly sell their birthright for a pot of porridge. 1 Like |

So those opposing the ideas are Igbos?Yorubas do not protest the tolling of the bridge abi? I'm sure the erstwhile Oba of ikorodu, must have been Igbo, when he rejected toll gates when they struck a deal with him. You guys are the ones that make people believe every Yoruba man is a bigot. People are airing their views and all you can come up with is igbos. One will think only igbos live on that axis and ply the bridge. E ma lo opolo ti Olorun fun yin nah wowcatty: 4 Likes |

U dey mind am.Maybe he thinks Sanwo-olu will be that stupid after the shameful show at Magodo where an ordinary police officer schooled him.Simply because he was ill-advised.Someone,like that funny guy, would have egged him on to go and assert his authority as governor. Mitsurugi: |

naptu2: The toll that shouldn't have existed in the first instance ehn! That toll only contributes pains, agonies, stress and financial burden to an already extorted and exhausted population for those in that axis. When the toll was inactive, movement was fluid and hassle free but cos a few are not enjoying the returns they are now accustomed to, millions will suffer. How selfish!!! We dash them the balances on our toll account as they can use that to offset their bill and I know of a fact that the balances on the toll accounts runs into billions. There are several times that have observed toll balances of either private or corporate vehicles of those that ply that axis well and the balances of some these vehicles are more than somebody's six months salaries combined. I tell the truth, I have seen a toll balance of over 200k and even more, then I wonder, some people's salaries will suffer for this. Now that the tolls are back, the endless traffics, rough and reckless driving are back, the scrambles to always be the first to reach the tolls are back. How very unfortunate |

wowcatty:Low self-esteem and inferiority complex is the greatest problem of some people, when people are held accountable for there incompetency in this part of the country, there only escape route is to call out the Igbo's. From your submission it then implies that Igbo's own the entire Lekki and Ajah Area, since they are the only one's complaining and it is also most likely that the innocent youths massacred at the Lekki toll gate on that evil night where all Igbo's. There blood still seeks for justice,I pray like many good Nigerians, that there heroic sacrifices should not be in vain. 2 Likes |

wowcatty: You started well trying to construct points to support the need to toll as a good citizen, but then this post has just gone the way most have.... into the pit of tribalism. Please always remember that Lagos is a cosmopolitan city. It has no ethnic identity. It is not made what it is by any ethnic identity. KT belongs to all who have contributed to make it what it is and so everyone who resides there has a say. If every non indigene should leave the state will instantly collapse under the burden of running it. So think cosmopolitan and say things that are in the interest of all. |

wowcatty:You are irredemably lost. So it's only Igbos that live in Lekki? If Igbos start saying they own and develop Lagos now you will start crying out of jealousy but your comment is agreeing to that. You are now saying indirectly, only Igbos live in one of the most expensive and beautiful areas in Lagos. Thank God you have now seen the truth and light. Since, Igbos have helped developed your state i.e if you actually from Lagos, you and your brothers should start worshiping them for helping you fools developed your lands |
