The shop was in china and the package was shipped from Turkey with Turkish post.

Access charged me at 500n per dollar today (below $50 transaction)
But yesterday they charged me 555n per dollar (above $50)
Or is 500n their new rate?

go to Thier website and call any of Thier numbers so they can tell you if your package has been sent you your local post office (they will be stubborn about telling you the particular one but try to get that)

You get patience ooh, I d go Thier office this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Them must tell me where package weh dem send down from Abuja to Aba dey since 11th
