Hi guys, I got to uk few weeks ago and from interacting with people I understand that people are making huge money from working over time, tho it affects studies but not to extents of failing the modules. This is quite obvious in IT courses and trust me the IT classes are so packed that it leaves little or no time for work. Seniors in the race, will you advise priority on studies with assurance of jobs after or joining the majority in overtime works with plenty money to show for it ?

I hope you are not talking about term time and working over time. .... term time don't follow any wrong advice and do only 20hours. Everything is getting more and more digitised and HMRC and home office share data. Dont go creating future stories that touch when it timefor renewal.

No assurance anywhere. Someone can get distinction and no job . However its in your best interest to use the official home office guidelines as your guide

Interesting times ahead.

Seemly, not much info on govdotuk at the moment except the cyber runway program/initiative! and the

There was a discussion at the British chambers Turkey

Santa2:

There is supposedly a new visa class coming up this spring, The Scale up Visa, where you just need to earn up to £33,000 while working in an organisation that qualifies as a scale up company(a company with revenue or employee growth of at least 20% over last 3 years). It is an unsponsored route i.e you don't require sponsorship from the company just like the global talent visa and of course it counts towards ILR.

Seemly, from 6 April 2022, 'right to work' checks will change from physical sighting to online verification.
This might not apply to British nationals, rightly so.
For RTW, all being equal, employers must instead use the new online verification process for anyone with a visa.
Even if 06 April did not materialised, @rayralph recommendation is golden.

rayralph:

Have you tried checking your “right to work” status on gov.uk ?
The correct status might be on your right to work page.
You can convince respective agencies that it’s an error on the BRP

A quick search on the official website would have calmed the "afraid " ...... below it stated there is no requirement so it based on your final destination rule and UK is been stopped after March 18th 4am entry

A cousin of mine is on the Sunday flight. When is yours?. If Sunday then we should definitely link up
