My daughters visa came out on the 24th February and up till now mine isn’t . Still at DMC . Sent paid mail, was asked to wait for first 10days n later another 15working days . I’m just frustrated has they are suffering my 10month old daughter to reunite with her mum .

I can confirm you don't have to pay to get the unconditional. Mine came in earlier in the week and all I had to do was upload the requested docs (proof of english & reference) and have my reference complete the reference mail sent to them.
