If fees is paid in full and an Educational bond is paid. Is it necessary to submit a bank statement?

I read from the previous forum that one can pay half of the fees to get a visa support letter but its not a guarantee for Visa approval as most time they advice one to pay in full.

Hello,
I submitted an appeal for my Study Visa in late November and saw the appeal was successful using the weekly decisions report in late January.

It's been 6 weeks since I saw this but haven't been contacted by the Embassy. I've sent multiple emails (to both the visa section and the embassy) over the course of the last 5, asking for the status of the appeal and when to receive my documents but they haven't responded to any, almost as if I'm being ghosted.

How long does it take to get a response from them after the decision has been made and should I be worried that they aren't responding to my emails?

Thanks a lot for this, meanwhile just for clarity's sake, Is it okay for one to use only an education bond without a sponsor and pay complete tuition for 1 year if someone is going for a 3-year bachelor's degree studies. Will it affect the visa decision as there is no proof for subsequent years after the first year

In other words how can one prove this if It's self-sponsored "Evidence that you or a sponsor have access to at least €7,000 for each subsequent year of your studies, in addition to the course fees for each of those years".

While you can use just the education bond and your personal statement of accounts, you will still be required to show or explain the source of funds. You can contact iCas for more information and guidance

Probably the person meant Northern Ireland (which is still part of the UK though) cos the Republic of Ireland does not permit the student to come with dependents exceptions to PhD APPLICANTS

Please, if one is to appeal for his/her visa, do the person need to get new statement of account and new sponsor's letter and accounts?
Or can I make do with the old ones while explaining the mistakes on the said letter in my new appeal letter?

Please, anyone

It depends- if finance was one of the reasons more importantly explanation of lumpsum, then you should work with the previous 6 months presented earlier.

If concerns were raised as regards your closing balance or POF being insufficient, then YES you need an updated / recent 6 months bank statement

I appreciate your response.

Is IELTS a compulsory requirement for visa application?

An a sponsor combine 2 different account?

Which of the English Proficiency Test did you submit and did you use any AGENT during application?
juniior:

You must submit your sponsors bank statement if you include a sponsor on your visa application, whether you apply for education bond or not. However If you apply for education bond, your sponsor doesn't need to have excess cash in account. Education bond would serve as sufficient proof of finance.

My advice to you is to use education bond and your personal bank statement. Leave sponsor about of your application. It brings in alot of difficulties, like;
1. Strong link to your sponsor (with evidence)
2. Sponsors business registration documents
3. Sponsors tax clearance papers
4. Sponsors bank statement and letter from bank
5. Sponsors explanation for lump sum lodgements (in and out cash with evidence)

Etc

Reasons related to sponsors are one of the highest reason for refusals

Please,i don't think it is necessary to pay for the admission process unless you want to waste your money.I only applied into the University of Limerick and i got admission within three days.I only picked one course but it depends on what you want though. My course requirements were student transcripts, proficiency in English language, uni certificate, birth certificate or data page of international passport, personal statement and recommendation letter from your referee.I used a reference letter from my Head of department in my present place of work. The best thing is that let your personal statement be good,i dedicated few days to my personal statement, kept checking out the errors and the things i feel i should add to it.I started with an area of my life where i got convinced that i need to study the course, make the story so real but it must be related to the course you want to study. Then talked about my practical research in my alma mata, how i did a team work with my departmental course mates. After that,i talked about how good the school is,went to their social media page on instagram and jotted out some fascinating things about them that they will like to hear. In short,be positive in your personal statement and make it look so real to your life experiences pertaining to the course. Even for the visa application, when i get to that stage, with all the information on this page and the general help here, that should suffice.

Pls how did you pay the acceptance fees and pls kindly check your mail. I just got my admission from UL I don’t know what next to do. Kindly help. Thanks

They finally responded today. I had asked about the instalment as well. My tuition is €16,400 but I got €1,500 merit scholarship and also paid the 600 acceptance deposit, so, that is €2,100 less. Hence, my 50% is €7,150. I need them to clarify if this tuition is inclusive of all the other student charges.
1. You are required to pay 50% of your total tuition cost. Your calculation of €7,150 below is correct.

2. The 2 instalments can be based on the remaining 50% balance.
