What do u understand by ponzi scheme. First in that SEC statement Chinmark was not identified as Ponzi. A second company on the same publication was identified as ponzi. SEC simply said that they were running illegal investment schemes that is not registered with it. It is a world of difference.
Ponzi schemes promise or pay high and incredible return on investment. I see that Chinmark pays just about 3% or so on a one million investment. It is very realistic ROI and cannot be classified as ponzi

What type of production process were they running to be able to generate revenue with which to pay ROI... let's start from there!

Am not a Chinmark investor nor was I an MMMnite. But I observed Chinmark was doing very well until I think SEC brought panic in investors by its official statement. That kind of business operates on invested capital pulled from different people with different maturity dates. Once investor begins to demand their funds back, the business won't survive the shock, that's what I think Chinmark is experiencing. For instance no bank will survive if all of a sudden all or a significant number of it's account holders begin to claim their entire funds in the bank.

I cringed when I read such a ridiculous story. Why would anyone invest in such a scheme where the owner is always moving with escorts all the time and never in a business conference or economic forum. All the time u see him,is either snapping while coming down from a car,or he is some where splashing investors money and the so called idiots (investors) would be hailing him.
