By now people should know holding USDT is an investment.
Nigeria is struggling to get Forex. Tony Elumelu recent post on Twitter shows that intense bunkering makes it impossible for Nigeria to profit from the current price of crude because lots of the crude produced is stolen.

The high price of crude also mean more subsidy needs to be paid. That's what has driven the cost of diesel and petrol up.
If the cost of crude remains above $100 throughout the year, by the end of the year, dollar could easily exchange 650

People should be holding at least 50% USDT and 50% naira now

Lower your expectations, crypto is an investment, it could either go well if you have the right information and knowledge,, or it could go badly as you could even loose your margins not to even talk of profit

In as much as I support holding USDt, I think we should also look at upcoming events. Dangote refinery will be due by ending part of this year and he has accepted to take payment for refined products in Naira. His refinery can meet with all our petroleum demands singlehandedly.

Last year alone Nigeria spent $9 Billion on importing fuel alone, this means there will surplus of about $4 Billion to spend on other parts of the economy. Also there is going to be forex inflow from Dangote selling his excess fuel to the international market. All this forex shortage started when all our refineries failed due to poor management.

The Nigerian government is looking to acquire a 20% stake in Dangote refinery at $4 Billion.

I still wonder why a country like Naija could not build a new refinery after how many years.

Nooo somebody done lie to you oo.
If market good sef, you can make 20% a week, if you sabi.
Once-once you fit make 50% if you catch better movement.
Even if you buy to hold sef and you nor buy better one you nor sure of 50% by year end.

This thing you're describing is not crypto, hold that money very tight, you're just about to lose it.
Run to the bank quick-quick and put it there.
