I will be trading XAUUSD and GBPUSD.

RR of at least 1:5 for each trade is the goal.

Intra-day break of structure {BOS}, retest of the BOS with trend confirmation, rejection or acceptance of that trend, before a trade entry.

Exits are either through Stop Losses or Take Profits, no trailing stops or emotional trading.

FX has taught me that repetition with improvement and objectivity is the mother of
long term profitability.

Closing this position with a little profit, not comfortable the way friday candle closed. I still think it is a buy.

I think this week should be bullish for gold but I will allow the bulls and bears to slug it out today.

By tomorrow I look for possible entry. Patience pays.

I'll be trading GBPUSD and GOLD. My RR is dynamic. I'm a contrarian, also entries and exits are guided by footprints. Patience is the only weapon to hide behind the sharks.

I would be trading any 2 currency pair where I get a trade signal. But come to think of it, these metal indices and oil guys can give the currency man huge headache. See one in the table has already won when we have not even started.

I don't get emotional anymore. I guess the psychology has improved greatly. Risk management-wise, I understand why trades are moved to break even now. Just like I learned from @s.aintfaculty,I look out for reversal patterns in various supply or demand windows.

2 I swiftly activated a new demo account, one I could update my account sync into before the contest commenced, unfortunately I mistakenly and regretfully opted in for a 50k demo account instead of the fixed account of 10k, and had to withdraw.
I take full responsibilities for my actions and I hope to ensure absolute compliance in the next competition.
