I don't know about the stomach pain, but I also had it in first trimester, something close to ulcer pain, I didn't take anything, it left after the first trimester symptoms left, but u can go to d doctor if its serious

As for d food selection, its very normal, till now I can't eat bread, it smells

Mamas here encouraged me to eat whatever d body accepts, so please eat whatever d body accepts

Milk is safe, well I don't know about Milo, I didn't take it throughout my first tri but now I add just a little to my milk. Taking just few spoon of it once in a while isn't bad.

Orange juice wa okay nah, abi... Other mamas will answer u about that one but orange is good, Soo....

Has anyone been through this before? How did it go?

depending on your age. If you are in your 20's I will advise you rest to get your body back fully before another pregnancy except it happens unplan. If above 35 years of age. Go ahead

sorry about all you're passing through now mama, you're in 10 weeks already, first tri wahala will soon be over , sorry ehn.
I don't know about the pain o, you should complain to your doctor.
But whatever thing you can eat, please try so far it's healthy, your LO needs it.
I suggest you make smoothies and drink.. it will make you full and it's healthy.
Banana and avocado fruit is my favorite now.
Just blend and take, aside pineapple oo.
Fruits salad.
If it's pap and akara. As little as you can please take.
During my time my doctor even adviced me to take milk drinks, it's better than leaving the stomach empty. Sorry ehn

You won't believe till date I still prefer room temperature water, I don't even crave cold water despite this northern heat.. I've never had craving for tea as well, Chai I pray my baby is not local ooo

Orange juice is safe according to google and moderation is key. Better still buy your oranges and squeeze out the juice yourself

In my culture we use warm water to press a little while bathing, then use spirit and cotton wool to clean like 4times a day, it falls off 6-12 days, when it falls , the mother or caretaker chew a small quantity of alligator pepper, not much chewing o, place d grinded alligator pepper on the navel and band it with a white bandage or a clean small piece of cloth, around the baby.

I think they stop when d baby is a month old

I'll suggest you skip the ferrous and try folic acid till your body is balanced... Also you can go for scan as you are 10 weeks already and your LO is visible enough.

Thank you mama. You get it. It's something closer to Ulcer pain, because anytime I take Omeprazole. I get better but I don't want to be taking it.

Hmm baby is already 4.1 and its not EDD yet. My dear, if I was the one I will opt for CS. Babies gain weight at 3rd trimester unless you are willing to risk your life and that of baby by taking agbo for baby to lose weight.

Thanks for checking on me mama. Wo, my tired is tired and I feel like 3times heat normal people feel. I even sweat under fan, I don black finish because I stopped using cream, clothes too dey tire me to wear but I must go out now. In all, I'm grateful for this experience and I do not take it fo granted.

About creams and soap, is there a reason medically why a lot of women stop using cream and soap during pregnancy? I'm FTM still around 5weeks and I just want to be sure before restocking. Make I no waste my money.
