The person who got the deferral mail, when did they get their unconditional offer? Ulster delayed with releasing unconditional offers for May so I’m curious as to the timing of deferment mails.

Ulster will give you conditional offer on time, its the unconditional offer that takes time, like forever.

You want my advice, try other schools whilst you wait for Ulster, just to be on the safe side.
