She is attaching her (account statement, evidence from school to confirm her studentship, ID card) because she filled that she will be spending 100k for shopping but my Uncle will be paying for flight and other expenses.

Data page of his international passport. Utility bills (not compulsory), anything to prove he is really her Uncle (pictures, chats, emails etc)... She must try as much as possible to prove they are really related. Very important. I hope this helps.

Just go to the TLS office and present your collection slip, It would have been ready a long time ago.

I was there on the 8th to try my luck but they checked n said it’s not ready. Planning on going this week but thinking about the stress n the fact that they may tell me sane thing cus I don’t stay in Lagos .

They usually send a survey when they respond to a paid mail to ask if their response/service was satisfactory. Not sure if this is what you got.

I did Biometrics on Jan 11, kept my passport too...still waiting. Sent more than 4 paid mails and 2 phone calls to escalate...Same response - a decision has been made.

I haven't got a decision mail yet. I wonder if it would have been better to have given them the passport !

I swear you would have been better to leave your passport there from what I have read on here. Usually when you get a “Decision has been made” most always collect their passport after 15 working days at TLS without waiting for an email.

I am sorry about your refusal.

Usually when you have multiple source of income it is important you attach a break down of income and your savings as that's what I did in my case .

I typed them and scanned and attached with my other supporting docs .

Income .
I listed my income from salary . Yearly amount less deductions, leave allowance and profit sharing . Total which I tagged as income 1.

Then income 2 I had my side hustles. One was exact, the other was an estimate and I indicated it as such , sales can be unpredictable.

Other income - allowance from spouse and gifts .

I had a total .

The other one was savings .this comes in handy if you have other sources apart from your bank acct, like if you have investment , you would have also attached the certificate if your investment, if you also have money in other currency other than naira .that will also be stated and it's equivalent in naira to avoid the error of assuming the currency is in naira like a case that happened to someone .
All will be listed and total .

The essence of this 2 breakdown is for the consular officer to be able to see at a glance esp if you have period when you have lumo sums credited into your acct , perhaps If a tenant paid rent .

Also any lump sump should be explained .e. gift deeds.

I know it may appear as if you are giving too much info but the UK likes plenty info..explain to them ..unlike the US where they can make a decision with just details on your form

How many day does it take to pickup back my passport after a decision has been made

It says your business name did not correspond with the name on CAC website when they checked, nowhere it mentioned "inactive"

Is there is tell tail sign for you to know the decision taken on your ViSa application after getting mail of passport collection from TLS.

The name of your company you mentioned in your application look different to what they saw on CAC website, maybe you didn't write your company name correctly?

Try and search your company name on CAC if is correct and show on CAC website and is active you can print it out and tackle them by write to their complaint department or better you reapply and add the evidence that show your name correct and active on CAC.

I am Mr/Ms Assumption and not an elder, as such you would be advised based on my assumptive senses.. It does not matter if black and white or colored, stamped or not stamped, signed or not by the bank, what does matter is; it must be genuine and verifiable. good luck

Refusal letter comes in both ways. Go pick up your passport as to be sure.
