You people should stop making it look as if some set of fans hate Okoye...

We don't hate him...he has been shaky throughout all the matches he played for us so nothing wrong in getting worried about him manning the post in a crucial double header with our rival.
Add to the fact that the person sitting on the bench has not really done something wrong other than being injured.
We expect him to be better than Uzoho at least...

I'm really happy okoye is out,he doesn't inspire any sort of confidence. Hope uzoho shows he's still the number 1 gk of the super eagles.
Another one. I'm still wondering why you people are happy that he's out of the team. Even if you don't want him to man the post, it's up to the coach still. But I don't just get the fact that he apparently fell ill and people are celebrating.

This has gone beyond lack of confidence. What crime did the lad commit

Some people hate him. It's a fact. Or how can you explain the fact that people are celebrating his illness here

Worry and hate are different. Same way Shehu is hated for no evident reason. Fans are always searching for the smallest bit of evidence to prove their point on them.

PurpleHouse has been "laid off"

He has been ruled out of the Ghana-Nigeria match on Friday.

It's also uncertain if he will be available for the return leg on Tuesday.

Fingers crossed

Mr Semid4lyfe in the spirit of fairness, next time you want to ban somebody because of insults do your due diligence and ban the two insulting parties and not just the loudest or whoever is reported to you, I have noticed that some people instigate people here and when they get mad the instigating party calls you and you ban the victim, it is not fair.

I just pray and hope Eguavoen doesn't play 4-4-2 with Ndidi out since Ndidi can do the defensive work of 2 men in midfield.

Banning is not about insult but depravity

I'm not sure you read through the last 4 or 5 pages. Nobody instigated anything, Jayrom even apologized but the guy was dishing out curses here.
Moreover, this is like the 3rd time the guy has gone on rampage here.
The only reason I'll blame some people here is because they still responded to him.
Just saying

Im not speaking about this case in particular but in previous cases, two people will insult each other and one will be banned how does it work?

I'm happy that Okoye won't play against Ghana, I prefer Uzoho or akpeyi to Okoye. I wish Nigeria super eagles the best on Friday.

Can you name exactly those people that instigated Mr Purple?

Go back and read diligently on how the whole thing all started. If sharing a contrary opinion is instigating one to begin insulting another person then the one who cannot discuss like a normal human being deserves to be banned.

Sometimes I wonder how our foreign boys like Aribo can cope with playing in a venue like Abuja where the temperature can get as high as 30 degrees.

It would be like playing in an oven and exhaustion can set in quickly.

To be honest I wouldn't expect a high work rate from Aribo at the centre. Hopefully Etebo is fit enough to put in a good shift.
