You don't have to feel bad about his opinion, he only said how he feels. seriously naija no dey alright but that doesn't mean we won't have children, if you and hubby are fine with having another kid now, then its no man's business since you won't want to go ahead if there's no means of taking care of them.

Pls I need advice...it's like diarrhea is now a new normal for me in pregnancy, my first too was like this, eventually I was booked for emergency CS at 40 weeks bcs of low amniotic fluid... probably I had been leaking from the frequent diarrhea! This 2nd missionary journey diarrhea has started again, currently 25 weeks! Flagyl does not even work immediately until I have gone like 5 plus time. There was a day overnight I had over 10 toilet trips ��‍♀️ what can I do to curb this

I didn't have fresh AKamu, as one sabi mama suggested that I should put akamu inside bowl mix with normal water and drink.

But the akamu i have at home is dry, I always keep dry akamu at home, so I went for the thalazole option. Now looking for thalazone has been difficult in my area, since yesterday, hubby has been looking for thalazole.

So I drank a bottle of multina this morning to gather strength and look for thalazole, to God be the glory, after wasting money from one big pharmacy to the other, I finally found it, took it immediately and for now, I'm feeling different, I'll update u in the evening if I poo again

Try to add lemon or strawberries and ice to the water and see if you can tolerate it. I experienced this in my second trimester and was living on juice and Soda which made me badly constipated. My OB recommended I add lemon to cold water for some flavour. It worked for me. Till now, I am able to drink 2 - 3 litres of cold lemon water daily.

awww sorry mama. During my own time, it's garri water I was drinking, you can try it and see if it's works for you. Or chilled water. Or milk drinks like fresh to and co. Just look for the one that works for you. Sorry ehn

I don't know how I can aid my going to the toilet more often.... It's after 4days I do use the toilet even before pregnancy which I don't really like.... I drink a lot of water now as in ALOT although there was a time during pregnancy I detest water but I have passed that stage now. I eat fruits and vegetables but this thing won't come except it is ready..... What other options can I try......
