I beg your pardon. This has nothing to do with Japa syndrome and just because I am going to try Schengen Visa for the first time does not mean that I have not lived abroad before and It can happen to anybody. I am here to seek advice from reasonable people who know better, not the other way round. quote author=HRprof post=111294241]

Okay Noted , is good to learn but learning in a hard way isn't the good way. As you said this isn't your first time to Trave abroad ! Did you spend a million for the visa

lol baba things not easy in Naija oo u know it not everyone can cope lol, so we have different type of intentions some might not even open it up here oo

Exactly, i know majority of people are here to Japa and I don't have any issue with that but if planning to Japa with visit visa and come here to make enquiries about the visa processing they should also research about the negative effect on over staying visit visa.

This is not also true. That someone is undocumented does not mean that they are participating in illegal activity. I just think Nigeria has bad PR. There are a lot of undocumented people of Asian decent in the UK, in fact across Europe. Migration in itself is not a crime and people have the option to explore what is available to them. It's not in your place to "control the damage"- whatever that means. You can advise the person but what is unacceptable is speaking or communicating to someone in a derogatory manner especially if the person is only seeking a brighter future for themselves.

P.S there's also a number of documented people engaged in illegal activity abroad. Living a life of crime is a personal decision and not a factor of documentation or no-docuemntation.

I need help.
I dont know why i am reluctant to apply for a France Visit Visa. I have been refused twice despite having 3 Schengen visas from Italy ( hence my reluctance). i feel like visiting France but the fear of refusal wont let me put in an application. I dont know what i am doing wrong.

Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by kpiper2473: 2:24pm On Mar 24, 2022
Italy is yet to start processing visit visa. Have they?
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by mialate: 2:27pm On Mar 24, 2022
When you get a Schengen visa from Italy , you can always go to France .
Were you given a Uniform Visa from Italy? Were you flagged at any point by Italy?

You could have appealed the decision despite the fact the decision wont be overturned...

Gtb has a $20 limit on international online transactions..

Could that be the issue? .Some banks have higher spending limits.

Hello, if I've got a Hungary short stay official visa with just one entry, and I move out to other schegen state - say; France or Germany, is it possible to renew my visa in either of these states if I'll be settling there? Or what are the available options to maintain a legal status once the short stay visa expires?
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by Beverlyhills: 8:30pm On Mar 24, 2022
Try Access Bank or other banks with more limits

You can move around with the train services , once you fly out you cant fly back in. Once your visa expires the duration given, you cant renew it in either countries.

Illegal migrant from other country came prepared that's why they don't engage in illegal deal abroad. Most Nigerians migrants have the mindset of making it abroad once they arrive without properly informed and when the reality is done on them they have no option than to engage in illegal activities to survive and that give us bad reputation. I don't have any right to stop anybody migrating abroad but is good to educate the gulable with Japa syndrome to understand is not always greener abroad especially if not prepared. Many have died in the Mediterranean sea.

Morning my people,

Which visa type is the best for someone who plans to travel to UK via Netherlands route regularly (quarterly)?

I am aware of short stay visa for frequent traveller and transit visa.

He doesn’t mind spending 1 or 2 days in Netherlands before his final destination.
Will transit visa be applied for each journey or 6 months/1 year transit visa can be granted?

What’s the max number of yrs one can get if you apply for short stay tourist visa?

Thanks
