My wife got pregnant again even with an IUD. We werent planning for it. As these babies are so small and require so much care already.

Its not like raising them in the village. We live abroad and we dont get help. It means we always have to be with them if not for daycare but then we are working. We are already so tired.


I dont know if I am venting or asking for advice. We are grateful but we are so tired already... what to do...?

The reason I prefer implanon....it's more effective

seems they nacked out the IUD, implant is better ,women stop seeing their periods during pregnancy and to some women it will continue after childbirth and until after a month or two after stopping breastfeeding it will come again,that is natural child spacing of at least two years of safe nacking,but some women see their periods and are fertile immediately after childbirth,now that's very tricky,and it demands serious family planning to prevent accidental overload,because man must nack

Yes we thought ok maybe while breast feeding our first child she wont be fertile but was pregnant within 3 months of giving birth to our first child and that is how our second one is here. So then we told the doctor after second birth lets put iud in and it worked for 9 months so we thought now we are safe but then she was pregnant again 9 months after even with iud.

Abroad costs too much childcare is very expensive and also renting. Most oyinbos pay 30% of their income to just rent alone. All that glitters is not gold.
