Most Ghanians are always shocked when they come and see cities in Nigeria and how modern they look compared to their shitholes. The bad image publicity in the media about Nigeria makes Nations especially in Africa think worse about Nigeria
if u try to put down ghana here i will gladly mess up this page for u. This is a sports page so keep it at that, we never said kumasi or accra is like newyork yet ur country mates are flocking into our less developed cities from ur super cities, what does that tell u ?

For the tactics, I hope AE is not that dumb to play 2 midfielders against Thomas Partey? undecided undecided undecided

It will be the dumbest decisions this year even if we win this first leg. No matter how tactics dey sweet belle, if one doesn't regard individual players with exceptional skill and try counter it, that going to be horrible. It's not a hyping of Partey. It's reality. EA better not allow him try such nonsense o. This will be the only rant regarding this game.

Let's go GWG.

You guys are funny.

You don’t mark a defensive midfielder. Forget how good Partey seems to be at Arsenal, he is still basically a destroyer/box to box, not a playmaker. That’s like saying you want to mark Ndidi out of a game or put extra midfielders to counter Ndidi, it is unwise.

What you do is to play to your strengths. Since you know Partey is good in midfield, avoid going through his lanes. Bypass him, easy. Make him as less involved in the game as possible.

yeah me that, so far no major problems just a few hitches here and there, that stadium hadnt hosted international game for some years now, it was a last minutes change which was also accepted by your FA so rather focus on the game, its like you guys are already making excuses for when you lose

This is not about trying to be funny. If we have Ndidi, I wont even mind whatever AE wants to do with his labcoat. We played to our strength vs Tunisia and they took the sole risk of just frustrating our best players and it worked. If we don't want to do that, OYO!! Any football team that can't frustrate the best players of their opponents is in the past. Imagine Burnley playing to their strength vs Liverpool and not focusing on frustrating Salah/Mane??

Tunisia did nothing significant against us but they were mission accomplished!!

That's one thing about Abuja. They aren't football Crazy. Coming to the stadium is like picnic or a flex point. That's why I love Uyo. Without the supporters club doing their thing, the main fans were crazy and active.

If they provide buses, they may still not come out. I hope I'm proved wrong though.

main reason why we lost to Tunisia was cause of our wasteful forwards and the red card

Well said. But the tide can always turn in the second leg. I would love to have the advantage early though.

Icon4s:

We know that Nigeria are favorites to win in Abuja and so Ghana's major hope is this First leg in Kumasi.
If Nigeria wins tonight, then it is almost game over.
If Ghana wins tonight, they will have something to protect when they come to Abuja.
And if it ends in a draw, Nigeria takes the advantage.

We need to borrow some lines from Morocco in Abuja. Besides Abuja Fans better be ready to go crazier than Uyo fans. The team will need it.

Bro, Abuja fans are not vociferous, even Lagos doesn't give that fire and intimidating atmosphere it used to be known for..

As for the return leg in Abuja, these Ghananese are lucky I am not the president. Their players would have brought their parachutes when coming to naija..

Or better still, this :
