I’m not a guru, but since your mom is your sponsor, and she’s the sole owner of the properties, she can sell them, transfer the money to her bank account. Then you add all the property documents, evidence of sales, receipts , invoice etc to your application
She should explain this In her signed letter of support.
You should also explain it in your letter of explanation.

Lo and behold, IRCC has started accepting Naira. I paid in Naira even cheaper. This was why I had to change the password.

He was so furious. I asked him if there's any other advantage or thing he wanted with this application. I have paid him his service fee. Upon this, he issued threats.

I just don't have his time now, I am still coming back to him when I must have prepared for him. I am sure he won't escape the trap I have I am planning for him.

Canada work visa for me. Along the line I started doubting this agent. That was when I searched on this thread and discover that one can apply without an agent per se. I wish I knew this earlier. Now I want to see if I can apply through study route. My fear is that I dont know the extent to which this agent has gone as they don't update me properly on the steps neither do I see mails as to the update of the visa process. The only thing is that they ask for some documents which i have submitted were poloce reports, passport data page and passport photograph and other documents but no updates on how far it has gone. So is it possible for me to go ahead and try the study route process especially for masters degree though I would love to apply for PhD but don't think I have enough funds to process it so I settled to try the masters degree route. I requested for MBS via GTB Internet Banking since almost 48hours ago, the service charge of #1300 thereabouts was deducted immediately but up till now, I haven't gotten any mail or ticket ID to include in my application. Please, anyone used GTB MBS lately, how long did it take? What can I do.?

Go and renew your passport before starting this process..

Be patient about it. Another thing, I will advise you to add your online statement account. An ongoing applicant pre-assessment note show they had difificultly accessing MBS portal to verify the account.

I did. Nothing is there. I think they are having issues with MBS generally, I mailed and called the customer care too but they are not even sure of what's going on.
