jedisco: Wrote loads about luna on this page.... I'm happy its price action has tallied with its potential.... Luna had the dip spoke of, but the bounce so far has been impressive. Also, the increase in the market cap of ust has been parabolic which has provided more fuel for this move..... P.s, seems an increasing number of people now keep their dry powder in ust cos of the 20% apr... That aside, Avax looks primed to follow luna..... another good L1....

If asked, my top 5 Layer 1 picks woukd be eith, bnb, luna, avax and matic.... They may not give crazy gains cos of their marketcap, but I believe they hace underlying fundamentals that'd should make them return stronger after a dip. 3 Likes 1 Share |

EmmanuelScott1: Movr is not a coyn I've traded so its hard to comment on it... All said, the current market climate is not the best for alyts. Only luna seems to be outperforming bitc0in. BTW, why are you interested in movr? 1 Like |

Depending on how March finishes, I plan to scale into certain alys in April... When choosing, focus will be on coyns that made or reached their February 2021 highs during the September 21 rally... They must be coyns tgat have utility and good tokenomics 2 Likes |

Harmony one.... One coyn I have a liking for... it has very steep pullbacks and even steeper rallies.... got a growing community but still largely small. I'm waiting for the March close on this Against usd, it seems to be bouncing off the monthly support. A green monthly finish could easily see a 2x in the coming months.. Against betece, it looks done.... should pump off the monthly support but I doubt it'd make a new high anytime soon 3 Likes

jedisco: Good day brother. Do you think BTC conference in April can trigger some pump? (Judging your experience from previous conference) |
Re: Investing In Digital Currencies; Looking At The Bigger Picture by jedisco(m): 5:11pm On Mar 19, 2022 |
ThisisIkemefuna: There'd always be a narrative for a bitc0in move.... Crypt0 is still a relatively new asset class and volatility is part of the game. I am rooting for an April move... but then, bitc0in is decentralized and I don't think the meeting of a number of people is the reason why it'd pump. 4 Likes |

EmmanuelScott1: If there's no reason to buy, then it might be worth asking yourself why you want to put your funds into it... Before I put significant money in a coyn, I ask certain things.... the utility, inflation rate, how its issued, team behind it, tokenomics, why it rather than eith or betece... if answers are not satisfactory, I keep off 2 Likes |

Re: Investing In Digital Currencies; Looking At The Bigger Picture by jedisco(m): 9:05am On Mar 21, 2022 |
MapleBae2020: Nope... no one knows what bitc0in or any market would do... At the end of the day, the value of bitc0in does trend up with time... so with a good enough investment timeframe and ability to stomach and buy tgw dips, one should be good at the end of it all 1 Like |

Avax.. another vibrant L1... doesn't do much different from others though... Swapped some of my betece into avax due to certain reasons Against betece, I've been watching it over recent weeks as it formed a 'head nd shoulder' pattern at the top (which is usually bearish). I expected a breakdown and it to loose the weekly support last week at which point, I'd cut my avax position.. However, it proceeded to have a strong finish (arrowed)... Generally a bearish pattern that fails to breakdown becomes bullish and vice versa. Against usdt, after atrocious weekly finishes, last weeks close was a bullish one that covered previous 5 weeks of trading... looks like a double bottom similar to what happened in June last yr (circled).. upside target could be previous ATH Heard there's an upcoming collaboration between avax and luna... that might also help drive a pump... All said, with bitc0in still below the weekly support, market is still shaky and it's difficult to say how avax would react if bitc0in start dipping 2 Likes

USTs market cap has continued to increase... went from 15.4 billion to over 16b in the past week. Was skeptical about the announcement that the annual yeild for ust on anchor will be revised downward. This hasn't affected expansion so far... Also, the yield reserve has been topping up their bitc0in balance in the hundreds of millions... If these continue, it should translate to higher price valuations for Luna. Also to remember that Luna is the first major to hit it's previous ATH on this bitc0ins bounce.. Will reevaluate Luna on the weekly and monthly close. A pullback into the 60-70 region should provide a good buy spot. So far, the weekly chart shows significant wicks into the previous ATH which shows folks are taking profits 3 Likes

Re: Investing In Digital Currencies; Looking At The Bigger Picture by jedisco(m): 8:06pm On Mar 28, 2022 |
MapleBae2020: Luna was the first major to reach ATH on this rally, I will not be surprised its the first to get into price discovery. It's fundamentals are strong.... the 70 levrl I mentioned will be a 'gift' 1 Like |

Bitc0in now above the weekly support... Its in such conditions that alyts make new highs... hope it confirms the breakout I like riding breakout coyns.. among the majors, I think Luna is best primed....

In trading, we learn... One thing I've learned over the last 2 years is that defi coins would hardly be the best market perfomers for the longterm... Reason is simple.... utility and inflation. These coyns mainly have little or no financial utility aside speculation and their circulating amountis constantlybeinginflated... On the defi protocols, fees are all paid in their base L1... like I say,If I'm bullish on a protocol, I'd always hold the L1token in addition.... E.g of defi coins arnd their L1s are Uni- eth bake- bnb CAKE- BNB Sushi- eth Crv- eth,... Anc- Luna 3 Likes 1 Share |

Re: Investing In Digital Currencies; Looking At The Bigger Picture by jedisco(m): 11:34am On Mar 29, 2022 |
MapleBae2020: If bitc0in continues to hold above its weekly support, then yes most alyts will see new highs. But even in a rally, some coins perform better than others. Reason why some months back I partly reallocated some of my crv holdings into a less inflationary L1. Crv has held well against other defi tokens because it employed an agressive lockup incentive which resulted in less sell pressure and the protocol has also performed well. But as you can see, that is now tailing off... In longterm trading of any asset, understanding supply, demand and hence inflation is key. 2 Likes
