Maka I same one chilled ogbonge heineken for cameroun magic. Question, has Eto been vindicated?? Or was it the cameroun spirit that won the game?
I was in a dilemma. I didn't want to see Algeria at the WC and I wanted Eto to learn that they don't fire coaches anyhow

I never imagined Cameroon would score after that equalizer. Time and chance happeneth to them all

As long as Eguavoen told us that he put in Onazi into the list to pacify people (politicians) he can not tell me that is the only pacification he did.

Delusional

For once.

Terminate Eguavoen's contract and give Amunike the job.

Please don't make me fight u

You always endorse mediocre

Now you've gone to insist another Mediocre should be employed in AE place

LOL. I wish that Egu had won bronze in Cameroon. But what did we do? We reappointment him.

Insanity: repeating the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result.

Nigeria, we hail thee!

O pari

TheGoodJoe:

You guys are proud Rohr won Bronze in AFCON but consider it not anything for Eguavoen.

It’s the fighting spirit that produces the goals. Look at what the Indomitable Lions just did a few minutes ago. They lost 0-1 at home. Took the battle to Algeria. Scored an early goal and held it until barely the last minute of the extra time. Even me lost hope when Algeria equalized with barely anytime remaining on the clock. But Cameroon kept fighting and scored the winning goal with practically the last kick of the game!

What a team! I am very proud of them today.

O pari

I am proud of them too but hope you know they can fight and still go home and the narrative would have been "Eto Is at fault"?

Forget goal keeper and tactics. Is this what Ghana call football

What has the picture of the keeper of Guinea at Afcon2015 got do with Ghana

Everyone has to accept responsibility for this exit from the fans, NFF, coach and players

Italy grooming Caleb okoli, look at him in the heart of defense for there U21.

When he matures up, NFF will start wana- about, snapping pictures around.

Useless team, ure losing and playing like that, even teams winning don't play like that.

Our international break don end, when league start back, hyping and over hyping go start again. Monster machine and all other rubbish names, your side needs a goal and you're waiting for a ghanain player to come so that you will dribble.

If the NFF is serious, now is the time to rebuild the team...
Get rid of the coaching crew, especially Eguavon and that clown Agu...
Also, some players in the team need to be retired... Musa, Ighalo and Shehu have no business being there anymore... The goalkeeping department needs urgent attention...

I don’t have any problems with sacking Rohr. I called for the last World Cup. My angst is the timing!

And by the way, Cameron just broke Algeria’s hearts.
That’s the spirit. That’s how great team fights. Out Super Eagles team lacks any fighting spirit in them.

O pari

On what basis should he had been sacked after that World Cup? For losing to 2 superior teams?

Now they are blaming the politicians.. grin grin

We lost because Pinnick got convinced into making a disastrous decision.

Just like the folks who convinced Jim Nwobodo to fire Troussier years ago cus he's not 'a world class manager'.

You guys should be honest enough to claim the disaster that you inspired.. Rohr out! Rohr out!!!! Now see the results. We went to afcon and got disgraced. Worst performance from the SE in over 30 decades. And now a shitty Ghanian squad pipped us to the WC ticket. Smh ..

So, apparently DSS had knowledge of a planned attack on Moshood Abiola Stadium.

Perhaps, we should just leave Abuja alone for good.

People are not removing eye. We are just more angry that we could not score a goal from open play in 180 mins against a poor Ghana side.

Don’t get me wrong, Gernot Rohr definitely exceeded my expectations. But I felt that he has taken the Super Eagles to as high as he could take them. So I wanted us to start afresh and start preparing for the 2022 World Cup with someone else. Yes, it takes 4 years to build a World Cup team.

Yup. I am happy that 3 West African countries are going to the World Cup. Those Arab nations don’t usually perform on the world stage.
