The senate has asked Multichoice to reduce the prices of its DStv and GOtv packages owing to the prevailing economic circumstances of the country. https://www.thecable.ng/just-in-senate-asks-multichoice-to-reduce-prices-of-dstv-gotv-packages/amp 45 Likes 4 Shares

Could that be the reason Chanel 29 (Nigeria Idol) just disappeared from Gotv without explanations Again, what Senate are doing is misplaced priority. They supposed to think of a way to make this thin be pay as you go. Multichoice level of exploitation na promax. If not for that their monopoly on EPL, wetin concern person concern DStv 95 Likes 3 Shares |

Jobless set of people. They can't tell the federal government to put up policies that would reduce cost of doing business but want a private business to reduce its service price despite the high cost of doing business in the country 103 Likes 6 Shares |

The same thing the Senates has been saying over the years now. They try to pass a bill introducing pay per view, but we all know how it use to end every year. They sweep it under the carpet after collecting their own share. Watch out as we won't hear anything about this till next year. It's has turn to their annual due so it's time for them to collect their share from multichoice. What a country 61 Likes 1 Share |

This is not the call of the Senate !!!! It's not their duty ..the Senate should ask NTA to deploy it's own satellite TV service to compete with DSTV 63 Likes 5 Shares |

You can't blame multichoice. How much is a litter of diesel? The hyperinflation we're experiencing means they have to spend more running their business and also increasing the wages of workers to be able to retain them. What the government should do at this point in time is to implement measures that will curb inflation and reduce the cost of doing business. As it stands now, it seems only the yahoo boys are building houses so even my own business is at risk 2 Likes 1 Share |

You can’t dictate to a private business! Can someone tell them this? Aren’t these guys sensible in the upper chambers? When I was you , I thought it is the brightest of minds that ends in the house! I wished I knew better.. 7 Likes |
