Hello everyone. If I'm taking bank statements to TLS, do I need to photocopy all of them or I can just hand in the originals?

Good afternoon guys.
The letters of introduction for ones employer is addressed to where...
Or it's just a plain Introduction letter.
Also is there a close time frame between the dating on the letter and submission.

hi. they overturned the decision of Dec 2021 and sent back for it to be readjudged. I believe once the new ECO makes a decision, they will reach you. The wait must be exhausting

I don't think arriving late is good. A day before my biometric, which was yesterday, I visited the centre to locate the place so that I will go straight today. One of those girls outside the gate who run around trying to help people upload documents and all that told me that I would pay up to 40k plus if I arrive late. I don't know if this is true. But, when I was convinced that there would be a big penalty if you come late on your appointment date was when I got inside today, very early though, but told them I wanted to go and get my ATM card for one payment like that, the security girl inside told me not to try it, that the penalty would be too huge for me to pay. I believe lateness has a huge penalty. You don't want to fall for this.

Guys please help me in understanding this, i am trying to fill my application and i came across this part below:

You must have been granted a visa or permission to Yes
stay after meeting the language requirement at
level B1 or above. For example:

English language test which assessed your

have a degree which was taught in English
have an English GCSE, A level or Scottish

I remember last year when TLS was always crowded, a woman came late.... She was bluntly refused entrance despite her pleading, she was asked to go and reschedule.

If you have further proof of your business, go ahead and apply, but if its a business that you cant provide documents for, please register the CAC right away and open a business account, then ensure all transactions is paid there, while you pay yourself salary into your personal account, and you can apply towards the end of the year

My 2cents

Please, I want to register a CAC for this purpose. Must it be Limited Liability Company (Ltd) or I can register a business name.

Please which one stands a better chance

Hello House its nice to see Nairaland is still going strong. please this is my situation.

I applied for a UK visiting visa with my husband on the 11th of Feb. and on the 21st of feb we did our biometrics.
On the 8th of March I received 3 emails that my passport passport is ready for collection, that it has been returned to courier and dispatched by courier and on the 9th of March i got my passport. My husband has his graduation on the 8th of April which was the stated reason for our trip. He is the sponsor of the trip and we used only his bank statement. As at today, He is yet to hear anything or get any mail from TLS. Unfortunately this delay is also affect our US appointment. What can i do please?

Go to UKVI website and look for how you can send a complaint. Fill the complaint form and make sure you give details from when you applied and timeline of the paid mails sent with their responses to your paid mails. Make sure you highlight how long since you did your biometrics.
Be polite yet firm stating you paid for a service and still haven't gotten value for the service after ...working days for a visa that should take 6 weeks.
This was what I did and I got collection mail in 24 hours with my visa having being issued 2 months prior.
Going to TLS didn't help even when UKVI asked me to go check my passport there with TLS claiming they haven't received it yet. But the complaint mail worked.
thelma2803:
Yes i got the usual mail that its been tranferred to DMC et all.

Up till now, nothing yet even after sending paid mail.

I am withdrawing my application today.

Hi. Thanks for this.
I have just registered the CAC of my business and I have the document with me.
For this business account, I have been making enquiries on these banks and I’m just seeing monthly minimum turnover of 5m and above. Mine is less than 5m monthly. Can’t I just use my personal account to do the business transactions?

It depends, if you run a company with other shareholders then you can do the LLC but if it’s a one man business you run, then just register a business. I registered a CAC for my business and got it within 3 days.
