JohnBullMySon:What investment have you made there that you want to benefit from? Is it not the NPFL you have teams traveling on our bad and dangerous roads at night to play the following day under the hot sun by 4pm. The winners of your league take home no cash prize and you're yabbing. Do you know clubs who qualify for Caf championship in Morroco take home $4M? Yet the Morrocans are saying it's not enough. People are calling for investments, commitment and restructure of the league and you're engaging in rethorics. Presently what we have can only be classified as hit and miss. You basically have a bare bone structure with no foundation to create an ecosystem for millions of potential footballer scattered all over the streets of Nigeria. |

drDoom3:• There was no individual Ghanaian player you could even bank on in the first place • Defended? Even CAR could do the same A team that practically defended 90mins is what you are trying to apply make up for to look pretty? Do we talk of the wayward long passes off to throw-in or how for large periods they were in their own half? When I first began to learn chess I spent time learning the most common opening moves of chess; Queen Gambit. I learnt how to counter it and dissuade it's user from following through with. With time those who were popular in my school began to draw and lose to me because I only came to the board knowing they'd play that and I had mastered how to nullify it. Fast foward to when I started meeting more skillful chess players. I chop am woto woto I think you should get where I'm driving at. Bless God Otto's gamble worked but you'd be lying to yourself if you think he did anything outside being a spoiler |

Odunayaw:I agree, Ghana only qualified because we were poor not because they did anything special. Over 180min of football the only time they impressed was the first 20min in Kumasi, but I’m not writing them off, I expect him to invite proper footballers before the World Cup |

180 minutes of football played and we couldn't score a goal from open play Like I always say,for a man with a loud mouth like AE, he has the ability of an amateur coach But if we can't beat a team like Ghana, we have no business in the world Cup Better days Ahead 2 Likes |

Odunayaw: Coaches always say “we take it game after game”, e get why. One thing Otto Addo did well was to study our team and play the best tactics that would maximize Ghana’s chances of qualifying, even with a relatively poor squad. I’m sorry, but Eguavoen didn’t do that. |

By the way, Rohr too was a poor coach. Eguavoen was worse but Rohr was still poor. What we need is a tactician that understands the skill set of our players and can maximize them to the good of the team. A coach who can look at a game and do what needs to be done tactically to ensure we come out with the W. Eguavoen’s biggest failure was overrating his team so much that he overlooked the finer tactical details that would have swung the game to our favor in favor of the big picture that “we are better than them”. |

Barryseal:No need directing the words to me. I'm not responsible for the damage to the league. I have no business with the Nigerian league in any way. I'm also not the one to invest in it. I have made posts back in time about what can be done to the league. But for now, picking players from the league is a huge no. It is still the same sentiment that brought Eguavoen, a coach averse to success into the helm of affairs. |
