I bought something worth $17.96(shipping included) was charged ₦8620.8, but monthly limit still stand at $20

If the seller creates a shipment order, they can get a tracking number before they take the item to be shipped. So your item might still be with the seller but he has created an order to say he is bringing an item for shipping but is yet to take the item there.

I want to order the Huawei Y9 2019 LCD screen and battery replacement respectively.
My screen keeps tapping by itself for no reason. Took it to the repair man and he said I'd have to replace the screen. It costs 15k here in Alaba Lagos and it costs roughly 10k on AE
I read positive reviews on them but I'm still kind of scared or rather torn between ordering them or buying them here in Lagos.
Any one who has good experience with ordering phone parts, especially touch or LCD screens, should help me out. Thanks.

I've ordered screens before, twice. They mostly work out fine, but you have to take time to search and read reviews before coming to a conclusion. And if your device is a type that the screen is attached to the frame, it'd be in your best interest to buy that with frame.

Screen with frames are easier to replace than Screens only as its risky trying to separate the screen from the frame.

With Screen with Frame, only your phone board/panel is swapped.

The shipping used might not be trackable. Usually a very cheap shipping cost.

Barter has the fastest refund rate, it’s usually 24hrs or 48hrs max, that’s in my case tho

So last month march ,I used various access bank debit cards ,to complete $600 payment on Alibaba . Hoping to complete the balance of $20, immediately the new month reset . Been trying to complete the balance of $20 today ,so that the supplier can ship out . Only to find out that all my payment options ,are undergoing security reasons. Except for t.t and wire transfer option . Have anyone experience this ? And how do you sort it out. See screenshot below
