I know this may not sound a popular opinion but I believe any girl no matter the age cannot be raped by a SINGLE,UNARMED man.
The sex may have been regretted later by the girl but for her to have checked into a hotel with the man and had sex with him without raising an alarm or causing some kind of commotion in the hotel room that would have attracted the hotel manager & workers,shows something went wrong that made the girl now turn it to a case of rape.

Nigeria is somehow now security wise and girls needs to be extra careful. There's always loophole in the girls that end up being raped or worse killed.
For instance the Enobong girl that was killed in Uyo. I as a guy will not even be comfortable going there in the company of another guy ( I stayed in Uyo)
