Zero Subsidy. Normal prices. In 20 or 30yrs time fossil fuel would be obsolete

Some of you are not smart,no apology for saying that.
The West keep selling you that buggy that fossil fuel will be worthless, yet they keep stockpiling their reserve, they keep prospecting for oil and drilling for shale oil.

Oh... dear Europe. The US and Canada are not dependent on Russian oil. As the 4th highest producer of oil, Canada's ban on Russian oil earlier this year was only a symbolic gesture since the country had earlier gone from 3% percent import from Russia to 0% in 2020. On the other hand, the US is the world's highest producer of oil. But even these two countries can't save the EU. Japan, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, etc. must step in to save the situation. Imagine what this would to Germany, the EU's economic power house. Besides, even countries that import from other places (e.g. Canada that imports from the US) will have to pay more for less now since there'll be more buyers competing for the limited supply. At the end, we all will pay for it from our pockets. This is the price of solidarity. Nobody said it was going to be easy.

Read the article again and ask for understanding

According to the Ministry of Energy, the entire demand for Lithuanian gas is met through the Klaipėda Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal.

According to the schedule, three large volumes of liquefied natural gas will reach the terminal every month, which is planned to be enough for all customers.

"For the coming period, customers have submitted orders for gas transportation only from the terminal. If necessary, gas can also be delivered to Lithuania via the gas connection with Latvia, and from 1 May - also through the gas connection with Poland, ”the report of the Ministry of Energy confirms.

Entire demand is already met. The reason they mentioned Poland was just in case there is any eventuality. However they already have their needs met now.

A lot of you read but lack understanding of whatever you read so I understand

If you think oil and it's derivative is useful for Cars and Domestic use only, you have to return your certificate back to Your school.
The lubricant in your car nkọ? Gas to drive turbine's for electricity generation nko? Part of your electronics contain oil content, your fabrics, your beauty products, aviation fuel, some medical supplies, plastic's, fertilizer and several others that are yet to be discovered.

I swear. Offer EU our LNG at slightly discounted rates. Nigeria is the 12th Largest producer of Gas in the world and we can conveniently sustain supply for a good number of years

Nigerian LNG production for at least the next six months are already sold on the futures market. That's why you can't just wake up go to market and buy gas or crude in the international market. They mostly are sold before they are produced.

Oga only Oil has about 9000 derivatives but a lot of the same derivatives can be scrapped and replaced with something else same way the world is gradually drifting from fossil fuels like Diesel and Petrol

simplesearch:

You and the person you quoted are poor business man. And I wonder if both of you have any significant business running in your favor, cos no good business man will speak this way. Just as a shepherd will leave 99 sheep in search of one, a good businessman value every single of his customer. You think it's a light thing if an individual buys your product on behalf of a million people or more? And FYI, do you know countries like that whose populace depend almost exclusively on gas usage even though with few population can consume the product far more than the whole of Nigeria and Ghana put together? If I may ask how much gas do we even consume in Nigeria with our humongous population? You seems not to know that Nigerian are now so poor that even people living in the cities opt for alternative means of cooking, due to low purchasing power. So it's not just about population but economic and purchasing power of a nation, otherwise India should be about the richest country on earth.

I stand 100% by my assertion, by bringing the business sense to it, tell me, the US/EU consumer businesses pulling out of Russia just to end up replaced by Indian and Chinese variants, where is the bussiness sense in that? Why did they not also value the Russian customers. You just wanted to sound intelligent, so Mc Donald’s that left for example did not lose a market it should have valued? It’s an economic war, it will be waged in theory, in psychology, in symbolism and practice. Just do anything you can to spite your adversary whether symbolic or not. Just like the US that is self sufficient in oil for decades banning Russian oil.

That is the level of their ignorance. A local government in Lagos is more populated than Lithuania. Lagos has 15m people, Lithuania has 2.5m people. So their gas consumption is very insignificant, they can afford to buy one shipment that will last their generation ages. When big economies like Germany are talking, a local government will still be talking.
The latest population estimate for Lagos is actually 21.3 million.
However, Lithuania's energy imports from Russia has nothing to do with its population.
Only last year, Lithuania paid €3 billion for Russian energy.
I don't think anyone would ever say €3 billion is insignificant.
Would you?

Didn't you read that they have enough for themselves and their customers?

You can estimate the size of Lithuania to be small, but can you estimate the size of their customers?

If it's enough for both them and their customers, then there's a big Russian alternative for everyone.

Use your sense more efficiently please! Don't you know this has given other European Nations the challenge as well as the clue on how to boycott the Russian gas? There are many other gas producing Nations who will benefit from this.
