This is a very wrong premise please.
A physician can never do the work of a pharmacist. Never.
Mind you some pharmacists are also doctors (Doctor of pharmacy).

It is total ignorance to say a physician can do the work of a pharmacist.

Pharmacists do much more than just administer drugs.
Both in clinical settings and in the industrial settings, the work of a pharmacist cannot be done by any other professional.

You may be correct but don't be surprised that guy might have a B.Eng and not HND. I have a B.Eng and MSC. But I do the jobs of a technician. Instrumentation/Calibration specifically. Why because my brother work no dey.

To be honest, from what I see, those guys don't know what they are doing. The train should first of all be rerailed and pulled out before attempting to fix the tracks otherwise, they will never get it right. With the way they jacked the locomotive section, they are trying to repair the rail track while the train is still there which is wrong.

A typical Nigerian who believes certificate is everything thinks an engineer cannot do repairs. Even some technicians they lecture Nigerian engineers how's it's done.

Let's assume for example technicians repairing a faulty private jet with no certificate in engineering. The results could be a may day.

The head of the repair team should be a certified engineer....
