It’s brick and no cladding issues. Someone said maybe it Cus of a redevelopment plan but I’m still wondering what could be the main reason mizGene: |

Hi Guys, need an opinion from guys that have filled visit visa for their parents. I am doing one for my Dad who is retired and one question that is on the form says: "Why are they helping to pay for your visit?" What are the typical correct responses that I could use so as to confirm what I have stated is also valid |

omopapa: Length of lease left, cladding issues, major repairs coming up, low sinking funds across board - linked to major repairs, low EPC (new rules in place around EPC). Just jejely leave that flat alone 5 Likes |

Lexusgs430: I never thought I would say this but I can’t wait to retire and move to Nigeria. I never had that mentality until I visited and thought wow we are slaving here in the UK. If you have your money, you have a property in Nigeria then am pretty sure you are better off after slaving here working for many years, my pension years would be spent in Nigeria in Jesus name! 10 Likes |

Jayjiggy: In someway you are right about those in airport..... a friend travelled last week using Egypt Airline Lagos to London. The airport checking said she must show yellow fever card yet it not on the airline website. I guess its a way for official to chop money. They charged her 5k to buy the card at the airport or else she can't fly |

Just trying to fill out my mum's application for passport renewal on this wonderful website of ours https://www.nigeriahc.org.uk/fees-processing-online. The page is broken and the source code of the website makes me wonder if they actually paid the developers that developed the website. HTML is broken, Database connection is presently no where to be found, no proper error handling and the entire website is just in shambles 1 Like
