Audi is to VW as Lexus is to Toyota . ..... Using Audi is like using lexus for Uber . Hoeever , u can use VW but it requires more maintainance than Toyota .

Get a Jetta, 1.6l has fuel efficiency than a Corolla, but in term of ruggedness, the jetta 2.5l engine is ur best bet. Maintenance wise part are relatively cheap, and no need to change suspension parts now and then, talking from experience

VW and Audi are the same company. Passat and Jetta of yesta years are very rugged but the present day models have poor reliability.

When you talk about Audi I believe you have Audi A4 in mind because Audi 80 (which is very rugged) is no longer in the market as direct Tokunbo and the available ones are not clean enough for Uber and Bolt when you compare them with the more modern cars being used for such transport services.

Audi A4 is not for rugged and task full purposes. There's a reason why you see many transporters using Toyota products for the ever demanding and task full transport service.

Toyota products may not have the best aesthetics or cosmetic appearances but their maintenance cost is very low while reliability ratio is very high and arguably second to none. Thus the saying "A Toyota Drives Forever"

There's a reason why all transport Companies prefer Sienna to Honda Odessy, Corrola to Civic, Camry to Accord etc.
There's a reason why construction companies, Agencies and even terrorists prefer Toyota Hilux to other Pickup trucks despite the Hilux being less attractive in appearance.

I wouldn't have thought either of these brands would be a better option for Uber, than some of the Japanese or even Korean brands.

I expect most German cars would be less fuel efficient and more costly to repair than their Japanese equivalent. Big considerations for Uber use.

Buy honda city it has similar fuel economy with Toyota Corolla based on your write up you are looking for a car within your budget Honda city 2005-2008 is within your reach this particular Honda City doesn't pull leg like other honda models

None! I'm a VAG person but you cannot compete with Toyota Corolla 2006 models which dominate the Uber/Bolt SPACE in Naija.

VAGs are more expensive to acquire, maintain and are not as fuel efficient as the Japanese vehicles

German cars were mainly designed for performance, go for Japanese since their main aim was low consumption and maintenance

Volkswagen is your best bet. Audi is a bit expensive to maintain

If you don't have big bucks for maintenance and staying up to date on maintenance, better to stay away from European Cars. They want tender, loving and care.

I love the Volkswagen atlas but I don't think I have time to be babysitting a car. I expect vehicles to atleast perform well even if I don't use the top of the line engine oil, oil filter, air filter, other materials, or if I miss regular maintenance schedules once in a while.

You can get away with this on Japanese or even Korean but definitely not European.

Why not buy Honda civic?
