The links were to provide you pointers on understanding the concepts. Once understood, you should be able to make informed decisions, and engage solicitors, agents, landlord et al. critical, and in a way as well as understand the market. invariably, there's the 'lease' and 'free' in your buy, which is 'distinct' to rent. TheGuyFromHR and Rubyventures have given contextual, explanatory information. Viruses: semmyk: Viruses: 2 Likes |

[quote author=BorisJohnson post=111671084] You mean you had; 1 bag of 23kg another 1 bag of 23kg. Plus your cabin luggage and laptop bag (if any). THEN You had an extra bag of 24kg. And you were charged 75,000 naira for the 24 kg bag? What were you charged in dollars please? Or were you charged in naira? [I had my 2 bags (23kg each, my hand luggage and an extra bag - 24kg. I was charged GBP140 and paid with my gtb card. The naira equivalent of approximately NGN75,000.00 was debited] 1 Like |

Viruses: You can pay the freeholder in some cases to extend it or set it free...but the money usually crazy money. Some properties if the years left in the leasehold is small a lot of banks won't give you a mortgage for that. It would have to be a cash buyer . Making it even worse because it harder to sell . So you need to be sure of what you are doing when buying a leasehold That been said so many flats are leasehold and recently I was looking at some properties In Sheffield. I saw 4 bedroom semi detached as a leasehold, not sure if that is a Sheffield thing . Why would a semi detached property be a leasehold |

Please how difficult is the DLVA theory test? Must one go through all the modules in the app? |
Re: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by kode12: 7:48am On Apr 06, 2022 |
babajeje123:You're not going through the modules to only pass the test, but to get a good knowledge of the highway code. I'd advise you cover everything and then practice the hazard perception tests a lot before you take the test. 7 Likes 3 Shares |
