I always say it here, he is easily subdued. Pulisic can’t handle intensity game while Jorg is not astute with or without the ball. In the summer, get a CB, a strong and technical based CDM to pair either Kante or Kova and then get Nkunku. Sell Lukaku, Werner, Loan Odoi. If we want to challenge liverpool and city next season these areas have to be addressed.

To make a spare man in midfield, you either take one player out from the back or one from the front

Madrid have one less player at the back. Why should we keep 3 CBs who are supposed to be helping control the game and sacrifice a forward player in a game we are 1 goal down

I will blame Thiago Silva for the first goal, very usual pf somebody of his age. Christensen was already going for vinicus you as the CB should be aware of where the next danger man is. As soon as he saw christensen moving with vinicus he could just look for the next available free space and move in instead of marking christensen man.

Watching those goals again, Mendys positioning could be better for the second but they were good goals that would beat most goal keepers.
