blackboy:The Russian rubble has never been in par with those currencies. Go back to few weeks before the invasion. Go back and see how the Ukrainian President was talking tough. Go back and see if you wont believe Ukraine will not be accepted into NATO few days into the war. Some NATO members in Mauriopol has been killed while others are trying to negotiate with Russia to be spared. You know nothing about this war. 13 Likes 2 Shares |

hayzed19: Zelensky should have remained neutral when part of Ukraine was being chopped off and Putin redrawing Ukraine's map as he wants? You dont know who Putin is. He is a man that has not forgotten how USSR collapsed. His wish is to bring all the disintegrated parts of former Soviet Union (which are now independent countries) under one umbrellla as a country. 4 Likes |

This war just exposed how a lot of Nigerians think. They believe everything from CNN and co. They don't understand simple economics. It shows that both the leaders and people are backward. 15 Likes 1 Share |

babyfaceafrica: It is not enough to just nationalise a firm. Do you have the technical know how and the budget to make them functional? It is not easy. Do you see how much US has spent in Ukraine...billions of dollars. Russia is not as rich. They have little financial capabilities to do as you envisioned. |

blackboy: Dollar is well known because that is the de facto world currency. If Russia succeed in compelling her gas buyers to pay in Rubbles then the popularity of the Rubbles will increase. As for invasion of Ukraine, I want you to know that our world encourages the strong to bully the weak. America is bullying her neighbors (Venezuela, Cuba etc), and the rest of the world. 15 Likes |

Theknowledge: There is no way he planned well, for sure he miscalculated. He didn't see it coming, now he is pausing and halting operations, to save Russia's economy first, save his seat and his country. He didn't calculate well enough. This is actually the game plan of the west, as they wouldn't want any physical war with any one, as everyone looses, even if you win your opponent and he/she surrenders. So now he will be very busy replanning and rescheduling to save his economy first, then the physical war will be pending. The west is definitely smarter, they know no one gains in war, this is what Putin should have done, tactically cripple Ukraine and achieve his aim, that any physical war in this century will be frowned at by all, especially in Europe. Europeans get sense die and they like themselves too. Not like us wey we no even like ourselves and want our own good. |

babyfaceafrica: Russia is about to default on its debt. Russia's foreign reserve has been frozen. It is a case of having money which you don't have access to. We are not talking of a million dollar companies, most of these companies are billion dollar companies. I repeat you need sound technical know how and lot of money to bring them back to life. And those companies that left aint stupid, they would have gone away with some critical components which will be irreplaceable. In Russia, most of those companies will become abandoned with rising unemployment in Russia., 2 Likes |

babyfaceafrica: The effect won't be the same and besides, no tangible firm remains operational in Russia right now You have seen as flight disruption between them and the west ended... They are just a country but right now they only fly to ten countries whereas the west continue to fly within themselves and beyond ignoring just Russia |
