Note: I submitted my application from the UK, so biometrics wasn't required.

I don't know how strong the marriage tie is for visa application anyway, because I am not yet married, hence no family ties except my parent and siblings, however I believe they deal with applicants individually based on their circumstances.

So does that mean when I arrive Australia I can change course if I wish to since my application for admission was before July? Or the application there are talking about is the change of course?

This is a VISA condition, not a university condition. So I guess the “application” mentioned should be for “subclass 500 visa applications”. Implementation of these conditions will commence on SC 500 visas lodged after 1 July 2022. I stand to be corrected!!

Well I don't about Visa grant, but then I know recently is difficult to get admission if you want to come with your family. And then they were downgraded to AL3 From AL1.
