Please can we use sworn DOB affidavit for this application.

I can't find my birth certificate. Been using the affidavit for anything. I don't know of its acceptable for this as well.

ask for officer Juliet tell them you have called her that she is expecting.

Please I read where someone said she used a PO box address for residential and her application was rejected.

My question. I tried skipping the PO box address to move to my residential address but while validating my form it flagged it red. Now I'm thinking of using my home address for the two. Is this okay or was that the same experience you had when your application was rejected. Or should I just use any Post office address.

The online link you shared led me to application for permanent residence. Who is supposed to create an account there? Is it the spouse in Nigeria who is to be sponsored or the spouse in canada who is to sponsor and is already a PR?

Please let's stop getting ourselves worked up regarding this 20 months processing time. I haven't seen any online resource regarding this (I stand to be corrected) other than a screenshot that was posted here some weeks ago of a simulation that was done and we know those simulations doesn't often reflect the true processing time of visa applications.

It's not 20 months. As a matter fact we should begin to expect to see faster timelines especially for Outland. At times IRCC likes to underpromise and overdeliver.
Or how d you explain that for the past 2 years, application average has been 12 months and now they're saying they want to start processing within 12 months. Of course it will vary a case by case/country basis but processing time as of 27th of March 2022 is expected to be averaged at 12 months.

Your timeline is a little confusing. Do you mind clarifying?
Your application was returned two times; and you got AOR not so long ago and immediately they already started asking you for additional information after you got AOR? Does that mean they started processing your application before you got AOR?

To your question, they don't usually respond or acknowledge receipt of documents but doesn't mean they haven't received it. I'd say you shouldn't worry about that but if your spouse wants to engage their MP to help you confirm from IRCC, you can do that too.
