Oga more than 30% of igbos voted Buhari, the reason why most of you guys voted for Atiku is because the only thing in your head is PDP, most igbos will come out to vote PDP even if APC"s candidate is Igbo.

And as far I'm concerned, Atiku has wors history compare to Buhari, but if you think otherwise, the Atiku 70% of you guys wanted 2019 will contest again, we will give you what you want this time around. So, you won't say you warned us about Buhari and Tinubu. LoL

Atiku, tinubu, buhari, Orji Kalu.

All rogues.
And I'm not ibo is that's what you think

Seriously, this is the best time for one to leave this country. but as money no come dey unko... which one be SSANU again? any body go just rise up and hold the government to ransom, putting thousands in delayed planned program.

Senior Staff association in the university setting, while NASU are the non academic staff union in the universities, like they said the issues raised are not new, the federal government and ngige in their usual manner love dragging issues that they know will benefit workers.

Federal government and delay tactics are 5 & 6

Every time, they are on strike, I don't know if they are the only people in Nigeria, they must increase their salaries every month.

Are they the only people working?

To be honest, unions now know that nobody gets anything tangible if you keep quiet like a gentleman under this buhari led administration, as can be seen by the dragging of minimum wage issue for several years, before it was eventually signed into law.

The struggle continues

No work no pay is not a new thing in the eyes of the labour movement in nigeria

I can look it up and know the diff, you think this government care about all this body? Making demands from a government that's planning on leaving office is a bad idea, what the bodies are risking to get the attention of the government does not make sense.

Can you believe since he signed that minimum wage into law, most workers have still not being paid their minimum wage arrears, you brought in a payment system like IPPIS initially claiming to rid the system of ghost workers, but along the line the system has been riddled with so many anomalies, imagine somebody who is suppose to recieve salary like 120,000 lets say for Feb 2022, that person recieve 20,000 while the remaining balance is unaccounted for, how do u expect such a person to be happy.

IPPIS payment platform has largely been a disaster, thats why ASUU has been floating their own payment platform software.

FG may listen to the pleas of ASUU but NASU and SSANU should go and rest. They had every opportunity to join ASSU in 20/21 to handle the issue but their leaders were bribed.
The same FG they are fighting fictionalized them into NASU, SSANU and NAAT, so it can be easy for them to be used against each other.
Well I know it won't last, they are too hungry to endure a long "no work no pay policy".

Most Federal Government Agencies workers are captured under IPPIS, For that of the university workers, the unions were at first sceptical about the whole process and what it entailed initially, but after studying it and seeing what government were planning like getting rid of ghost workers and some financial frauds in the university system, some of these unions decided to give it the benefit of doubt by allowing their members in the universities key into IPPIS.

But fast forward a year later, some of these unions are regretting it, as minimum wage arrears, salaries payment have been abnormal and union dues which are suppose to be the only source of income for these unions are deducted from workers salaries by IPPIS but not remmited to the concerned unions.

So most of them are saying if ASUU can float their own payment platform, we are also ready with ours.

It's funny when people who don't even have the slightest idea why the struggle is on will come online to say ASUU this Ssanu that nasu and naat this ,my taje is u need to be a university staff to really understand what's really happenings, forget Ssanu no serious or ASUU is not serious it's the government that not sincere and insensitive, they pay meager salary yet lts delayed and and always fall short every month especially with the introduction of the ippis, meanwhile that is just one of the numerous issues the unions have against the government, imagine in the middle of all this ur fg just licensed 15 new universities just yesterday
