Yes I had issues paying with my gtb bank card. Think the name must match the passengers name . Don’t know . Anyway I paid via bank transfer . There are other options to pay not only card . Flight booked easily with the trasnfer option.

Gummygummy:
Hello Everyone,

Has anyone paid for their Ethiopian airline flight (via their site) recently using our local credit cards? Been trying to book for a couple of days now but it says payment error after the long haul.
Located an agency who’s giving me the price of the same flight with 20k difference.

Dunno if it’s a card issue(used first bank) and maybe to switch to another card?
Any suggestions? Any help?
Many thanks

Hi Seniors in the house. Please kindly help address this concern for me. I recently sent my passport to Accra. My passport validity is March 2023 and I hope to travel in June. Can I get a new passport before I travel? I intend to land briefly for few months and return to Nigeria. I don’t want to have passport validity issues when I leave. Please kindly help guide me

Hello house. Please I have a question that has been bothering me.
When I created my profile initially I didn't add my spouse as employed due to no additional points would be awarded. After getting ITA she insisted I add her employment which I updated when submitting and we attached the reference letter. Could this be an issue?

Hello house.
I have an urgent question
I and my brother are current signatories to an estate account of our late dad. Can such account be accepted as a valid proof of funds?. An urgent reply would be appreciated. Tnx

Hi folks. I got my GCMS notes for the second time and I noticed the comment on Note 1 which was not there on the 1st GCMS notes I requested:

"Reassessment granted: Client is exempt from completing additional medical exam for their PR application as per the temporary Visa public policy. Please reassociate the IME number to the Visa file if the new validity date is not reflected in the system".

As per the second sentence in the quote above, does it in anyway entail that PPR is close? Or what can one deduce from this, please?

Any comment will be appreciated.

Thanks folks.

Good evening guys.
Please I want to ask if its possible for background checks to be cleared and Eligibility still on Review Required because that's what a call centre told us this afternoon.
Brief summary
Feb 2020 AOR
March 20202 (Eligibility RR)
LONG SILENCE
Upfront medical Feb 2022
GU (BC changed to "Not Applicable) March 2022
ADRs (Schedule A, PCC and Remedicals) March 7th 2022
GU (BC changed back to "We are processing blah blah) March 18th, 2022

Only to call IRCC and hearing gibberish talks.

Hi mate, what triggered the RR status in your eligibility?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by clow(m): 4:42am On Apr 09, 2022
Thank you so much.
MrPein:

Hi
Please don't let the 21days expire without contacting IRCC and don't send the passport either. Cos they'll just return it without stamping it.
Webform takes about 2months to get a reply from IRCC. Your best bet is to call them.
PanicButton posted a hack earlier on how to call IRCC and it worked for Graciouswords. I think she added this info to page 1. So check page 1 for more info.
Cheers

This will only bring delays and may not be accepted in the end, just send the amount you need from the estate account to your personal account and show source of funds. This way it’s clear to everyone that you have access to the funds

Hi
You can't get a new passport because your current passport has over 6 months before it expires.

Is anyone here facing the same issue, I have been trying to pay for WES using my debit card but normal debit card and online card(flutterwave) all to no avail. I heard there's a cbn policy limiting amount to be spent in dollars. Has any one here been able to maneuver it?

Yes you can, just talk to an immigration officer about it

The normal debit card won’t work because of the limit in place now. No naira card would work. A barter by flutterwave card should work if it’s a dollar card, are you sure you have enough money on it? I don’t know how flutterwave works but the black market dollar rate is almost at $590 to a naira now.

If all fails, open a domiciliary account with your bank and get a dollar card, that always works. You just have to buy dollars in the black market to fund the account and put jara cos payment won’t go if it’s shorting even a dollar.

You can only renew at least passport 6months to expiry

Hi
My deduction is that;
1. Your medicals was extended hence the term 'exempt'
2. The second sentence is a directive to update your new medical expiration date on your visa file
3. PPR is close

Maybe give it an hour, login again using a different browser. Your application can’t vanish as long as you were saving it as you went along.

I hope you filled it on her personal history not work experience that would earn you a point? If it's a Canadian work experience, then it's fine, if it's not, then that's a problem. I don't know what you can do at this point, maybe raising a webform and submitting LOE stating your mistake might help, idk

Create a virtual dollar card and fund it with the naira card on flutterwave. I paid for someone on Tuesday at 588 that's about 122k approximately.

There’s no need to have added her employment history. It’s just additional documentation and verification process that could have been avoided.

There’s the personal history space after post ITA, where you can added employment history.
